We hope you LOVE your Rad Rascals gear! But we totally understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right or you’d prefer something different.

We use our new returns portal to make returns and exchanges as simple and hassle-free as possible. Start your return/ exchange here

RETURN SHIPPING + PURCHASE PROTECTION

If you added our Free Returns / Purchase Protection to your order at the time of purchase, your eligible return or exchange is completely FREE — your return shipping label is covered!

Opted out of Purchase Protection? That's totally okay! You can still process your return or exchange through our Loop Returns portal. A small, fixed return-label fee will simply be deducted or charged to cover the cost of your prepaid return shipping label.

Purchase Protection must be added at the time the original order is placed and cannot be added after an order has been completed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery through our online returns portal.

Eligible items can be returned for:

• Store credit, or
• An exchange for a different size or product

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind or sizing returns.

To be eligible, all returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Free from stains, pet hair, odours, deodorant, or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags still attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

STARTING A RETURN

All returns and exchanges are processed through our Returns portal.

Simply enter your order information, select the item(s) you'd like to return, and choose whether you'd like to exchange your item or receive store credit.

Please do not send items back to us without first submitting your return through our Loop Returns portal.

EXCHANGES

Wrong size? Want something different? No problem!

You can use our Loop Returns portal to exchange an eligible item for another available size or product.

Because many Rad Rascals styles sell quickly, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size or product will still be available at the time your exchange is submitted.

STORE CREDIT

If you choose store credit, it will be issued once your eligible return has been received and approved.

Your store credit can be used toward a future Rad Rascals purchase and does not expire unless otherwise stated.

Store credit cannot be converted into a cash refund or refunded to the original payment method.

FINAL SALE

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Any promotional or discounted items that are considered final sale will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong item or believe your item arrived damaged or defective, please file through the returns portal. 

Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

SIZING

Please double-check sizing before placing your order. We include sizing information on our product pages and are always happy to help if you're unsure which size to choose.

Ordering the incorrect size does not qualify an item as defective, but eligible items can absolutely be exchanged within our 30-day return window.

We're a small, family-owned business outfitting little rascals for some pretty big adventures. Our return policy helps us make returns and exchanges as easy as possible while ensuring every customer receives brand-new, unworn merchandise.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery of your order will vary depending on your location. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.
All orders in Canada ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). Your order will ship within our regular window via priority mail.
 
INCORRECT ADDRESS | RETURNED MAIL
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Rad Rascals is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to Rad Rascals may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with the shipping provider. Rad Rascals is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages.
 
LOST PACKAGES
Orders protected by shipping protection may be eligible for recovery, replacement, or reimbursement. Customers with Package Protection should refer to the email sent at the time of purchase and follow the instructions provided to file a claim directly through that link.

Orders that opted out of Package Protection, Rad Rascals does not issue refunds for lost packages. It is the customer's responsibility to work with the shipping carrier to locate a lost package.
 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are up to Rad Rascals sole discretion. Our goal is to ship orders promptly, so it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email ASAP at heycoolkids@radrascals.ca to see if we can change, cancel, or correct the order before it ships.
 
COUPONS | SALES
All sale items are final. Coupons, promotional codes, and sales may not be stacked or combined. Coupons or promotional codes will not be applied to existing orders following purchase.
